They’ll get the pump up email the following Friday early morning, and lessons the Monday after that. It was difficult for me to automate this with MailChimp.

When I run a webinar, I don’t wish to send out the exact same email to every person on my list. I wish to send them the appropriate email for their level of engagement – Active Campaign Google Sheet. Here’s the WebinarJam integration panel: I can add tags based upon whether the contact registered, went to, missed, or based upon how long they remained in the webinar. These tags can then set off automations within ActiveCampaign.

It costs me cash, and it makes it more likely that my emails go to spam or Gmail’s promos tab. Individuals who don’t open my e-mails make it harder for other e-mails to get to the people who actually want them! The “Pro” plan of ActiveCampaign has lead scoring constructed in.

Here’s an automation I got from ActiveCampaign’s library of automations, which I use to tell which contacts aren’t engaging with my emails. When a contact subscribes, this automation includes a “0 days” tag. As time passes, it includes brand-new tags for 7 days, 1 month, 60 days, etc Each time they open an email, a separate automation removes them from this automation, eliminates all of those tags, and starts this automation over again.

This automation can be frustrating at initially, and this is one of those cases where I want ActiveCampaign had a more out-of-the-box service. But, since you can do anything with ActiveCampaign, sometimes you need to develop things from scratch. ActiveCampaign has an alternative to erase inactive subscribers, which I do not advise.

Some customers do not have actually tracking turned on, so their opens aren’t taped. Others still wish to be subscribed however have actually been hectic.
